Nachfolgend die Information die ich damals erhalten habe:
"I am a proud owner of a stunning 5218-201/a, it was completely original and intact until I sent it to Panerai for an inspection/potential service in March. They did not carry out the service, but during disassembling they caused serious damage, returned the watch not working and with major problems to the dial and hand… and will not reply to any communication from me.
If I gave you the full story and images, would you mind giving me some advice on what to do?"
"So, upon dissembling in Neuchâtel they damaged the hand and snapped the foot off the dial. They then said they would replace the hands and dial free of charge (which was a resounding no). They would not service it so they re-assembled it and sent it back to London. After two/three months of trying to contact them to remedy the situation, I decided to collect it. This is what I collected"
